This is a Z400 style expanded metal screen applied to the Maier one-piece race front.
The expanded metal screen allows more airflow to keep the engine cooler and gives it a sharp look!

Project Blaster Vented 03-04 Hood:

Constructed by hand with 16 gauge expanded aluminum out of a Maier hood.
Uses stainless steel bolts.
Includes a carbon fiber decal and an aluminum plug for the key hole.

Bracket that lets you mount an 03-04 hood to your 2002 or older Blaster.
Bolts from middle of hood to your upper front bumper mount.

Project Blaster Carbon Fiber Tank Cover Decal:

This is a decal that goes on the top of your tank cover around the gas cap.
It gives your Blaster a trick look and covers any unwanted scratches or marks.

Available in two different versions.
The picture here shows the Maier vented hood in black.
The screen that comes with it from Maier is plastic, but the Project Blaster version is an expanded metal screen.

New from Maier, a YFZ style rear Blaster fender.
Due to this being a special item, it will take a week to 2 weeks for delivery.
The trimmed fenders are shown on the Blaster in the picture above. We trim them down so they're skinnier than normal.

Project Blaster can custom cut your front fenders any way you would like. Just send us your front fenders, and let us know what you want done. If you buy new Maier fenders from us, we will cut them before we ship them out.
